About Evergreen

Led by teachers Emma and Bradley Clay

We are experienced primary teachers who design calm, purposeful days where children feel safe, seen and inspired. Our camps blend creativity, English and maths refreshers, coached sport and screen free coding with Cubetto. Staff are DBS checked and trained in first aid and safeguarding. We run in the woodland and all-weather spaces at Herne Hill School in South London.

What a typical day looks like

Early drop off 7:30 am to 8:30 am for £12. Late pick up 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm for £18.

Safety and care

Practical information for a smooth day

  • Nut free and sesame free site. Please check snacks carefully.
  • Bring a packed lunch, extra snacks and a refillable water bottle.
  • Children must be well to attend. Keep at home for 48 hours after vomiting or diarrhoea.
  • Medication labelled with child's name and instructions. We record administration with consent.
  • All staff are DBS checked. Paediatric first aid on site at all times.
  • Authorised adults only for collection. Let us know if someone different will collect.
  • Sun cream before arrival. We can support reapplication with a labelled bottle.
Groupings and ages

Reception group and a mixed group for Years 1 to 3 for the best social and learning fit.

Policy

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel, please email info@evergreenkids.co.uk. We will release your place back onto the website. A refund is issued if the place is repurchased and is subject to a £5 admin charge. Early drop off and late pick up are non-refundable as these are very hard to resell.
